Terms of Service

Services

Raqam Studio provides web design, web development, portfolio sites, web application development, and branding services. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remainder due upon completion. Late payments may result in paused work.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables (designs, code, assets) produced for your project transfer to you. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins) are subject to their own licences. It is your responsibility to ensure continued compliance with those licences after handoff.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in each service is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Cancellations

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Raqam Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Jordanian law.
